Bellechasse Bakehouse is a micro-bakery based in Nashville TN. The bakers use techniques learned while working at bakeries in Montreal, Quebec. Bellechasse means "beautiful hunt" They focus on naturally leavened bread and requested a fox and rabbit logo along with a brand design that shows off the beauty of their delicious bread!
